Rabeya Nizam

Rabeya Nizam is a human resources specialist, focusing on employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training, and organizational development.

Prior to joining Mellon, Rabeya was a human resources analyst for MSCI, where she supported process improvement, documentation, and implementation projects and managed the administration processes for on-boarding, employee benefits, employee relations, talent, exit management, and performance management among many other tasks. She also gained experience as a human resources generalist, providing day-to-day support to a variety of organizations.

Rabeya holds a Bachelor of business administration with a concentration in human resources from Baruch College.
