Our understanding of culture and history is critical to creating meaning in our lives today. Yet, there’s dwindling enrollment in higher education across liberal arts disciplines. To help lay the foundation for a more equitable and just tomorrow, Mellon is committed to broadening what is possible through the humanities and expanding definitions of what a true classroom—and student of the world—looks like.
