Nick Setteducato

Nick Setteducato serves as Mellon’s first Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, he aims to make all employees feel engaged, valued, and supported in their work.

Prior to joining Mellon, Nick’s career spanned many industries. From serving as the Head of People at a DEI-focused tech start-up to building HR operations at an international NGO, his work focuses on the intersection of compliance, operations, and people development.

Nick holds a BA in history & culture from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Temple University.
