Dawei Liu

Dawei Liu is a portfolio manager, working with the chief investment officer to manage Mellon’s investment portfolio across asset classes with a focus on public equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Mellon, Dawei worked for Bluestem Asset Management, an alternative investment fund. There, he was one of four members of an investment team responsible for managing a $1.5 billion portfolio. Dawei was previously an analyst on the public investing team at DUMAC, Duke University’s endowment.

He holds a BS in economics as well as a BA in political science from Duke University.
