    Invited participants should make their own travel plans and the Foundation will cover all reasonable travel-related expenses. The Foundation has negotiated rates with the DoubleTree Metropolitan Hotel, please book your accommodations with the DoubleTree Hotel before Friday February 1, 2008. You should identify yourself as a meeting participant of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to receive our negotiated rate.  We prefer that you stay at the DoubleTree; the room charges will be billed directly to the Foundation.  At the end of the trip, please complete the expense form and attach the original receipts. Also, please include your social security number and the address to which you would like the reimbursement check mailed. Mail the completed form to:

    • Identify yourself as a meeting participant of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
    • Make your hotel reservation before February 1, 2008.
